COMPOUNDING

Modern Polymer Products, Inc. offers a line of premium quality antioxidant concentrates suitable for use in a wide variety of polyolefin  applications including blown and cast film, sheet extrusion, profile extrusion, injection molding and blow molding using a carrier resin of LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE or polypropylene. These concentrates are commonly used for shutdown purge applications.

All components used in the manufacture of our antioxidant concentrates conform to specifications contained in U.S.A. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 21 CFR and may be used in the United States as components of articles intended for use in food contact applications subject to any limitations outlined in the regulations.

Our antioxidant concentrates do not contain diarylide or pyrazolone pigments and are considered to be heavy metal free. Trace heavy metal levels comply with current CONEG guidelines (total lead, mercury, cadmium d  hexavalent chromium concentration less than 100 ppm).

Modern Polymer Products, Inc. offers a line of stabilized, premium quality Oleamide and Erucamide concentrates suitable for use in a wide variety of polyolefin applications including blown and cast film, sheet extrusion, profile extrusion, injection molding and blow molding.  Our slips include concentrations up to 10% using carrier resins of LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE or polypropylene.

All components used in the manufacture of our slip concentrates conform to specifications contained in U.S.A. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 21 CFR and may be used in the United States as components of articles intended for use in food contact applications subject to any limitations outlined in the regulations.

Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 21 CFR and may be used in the United States as components of articles intended for use in food contact applications subject to any limitations outlined in the regulations.

Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 21 CFR and may be used in the United States as components of articles intended for use in food contact applications subject to any limitations outlined in the regulations.
